Spicy Soup

Spicy soup just by hearing the name is also strange. In fact, this dish is from Thailand, which has a sour, spicy, sweet, and salty taste. Moreover, we can be said that the taste is similar to the Somlor machu, different in that there are many mixed ingredients. So, we take attention to the following ingredients:

Ingredients include

  • Pork legs or ribs, take 3 bites of any or can be licked.
  • 1 liter of water
  • 1 piece of Chinese mushroom
  • 2 bites of tomatoes
  • 1 piece of onion
  • Lemongrass, Galangal, Kaffir lime leaves, spicy pepper, garlic, red onion, coriander, culantro, garlic
  • 2 pieces of tong yam soup
  • 5 spoons of fried rice can be use as your liking
  • 4 tablespoons hot peppers, if you cannot eat spicy ,just don’t add peppers
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons fish sauce
  • 2 spoons of sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of seasoning powder
  • 1 cup of cooking oil
  • 3 limes

How to do

First of all, we take Lemongrass, Galangal, Kaffir lime leaves, spicy pepper, garlic, red onion, coriander, culantro, garlic and wash 2 or 3 time. Specify all vegetables, fish, meat mush be washed 2 to 3 time before cooking to make it hygienic, safe to eat as well. Then, we cut all that previous herb into small pieces. Next, we put the pan and set aside to boil water and then cut the ribs. When the soup is boiled, we add the ingredients, mix the flour, soup, fish sauce, salt, sugar, soup, tong yam, fried rice, pepper, and mushrooms. Otherwise, we wait it for 10 minutes and wait for the onions and tomatoes to cooked. Finally, we add lime juice when the soup is boiling. If we want to make our Spicy soup look better, we can add some coconut milk. It is done, we put the soup in the bowl and ready for meal.
