Food means something that we eat and provide benefits to our body, such as stimulating the body to grow, repair damaged parts to return to normal and provide energy to the body and nutrients. In other words, it is a chemical in the food that provides valuable nutrients to the body, such as protein, fat, vitamins, minerals, and water. So today is such a special day, we will bring a kind of food that has more nutrients to the body, nourish the body to be strong, that food is called “Pho”
How to make “Pho” Follow the steps below:
Ingredients (for 6 people):
- 2 onions, cut into 2 halves
- Boiled beef bones (add bone marrow if you like) 3kg
- 3pcs of star anis
- Cinnamon 1
- Cloves 1Tsp
- Old ginger slices 50g
- Water (as required)
- Fish sauce 3Tbsp
- Palm sugar or plain sugar 2Tbsp
- Noodles of any brand (soaked in water) 1pkt
How to do the following:
First of all, we roast the onion and then sliced onion in half. Next, we put the roasted onion on a pan until it turns hot. After that, we combine the boiled beef bones with the star anis, cinnamon, cloves , and ginger into the pot and add the water. Moreover, we stir in the fish sauce and palm sugar and taste. In the other hand, be careful when removing the beef from the bones, slice it thinly and set aside. Then peel a squash, grate it and put it in a bowl with the remaining ingredients. Finally, Pho taste more delicious when we eat this dish with the top-ups.
(Top-ups include onions, sourdough, lemon juice, green peppers, bean sprout, basil leaves, Sukiyaki or Shabu Shabu, and thin slices of beef.) Don’t forget to try them all.
